3. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary depending on your location:

  • Within Karachi:

    • Clothing, slides, and accessories: PKR 250

    • Shoes: PKR 400

  • Outside Karachi:

    • Shipping costs may vary based on courier charges and order weight. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

We also offer free shipping on orders above PKR 20,000.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically delivered within:

  • 5–7 working days during regular periods

  • 7–10 working days during sales

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

5. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery

  • The item differs from what was ordered

Important: The product must be in its original condition with all tags intact.
If the tag is misplaced, removed, or damaged by the customer, the return will not be approved.

Notify us within 3 days of delivery via email or phone.

6. Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Product packs that have been opened or partially returned

  • Accessories and fragrances without original, sealed packaging

    Important: The product must be in its original condition with all tags intact.
    If the tag is misplaced, removed, or damaged by the customer, the return will not be approved.

7. How will I receive my refund?
